What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a meet and greet and ask them what it is they would like and how they would like it done then provide them with excellent craftsmanship to achieve their goal
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Didnt do the college route went right into the Marine Corps after high school, my family has been in the carpentry field for generations so after the Corps i went right into the family business

Dont jump the gun and always take the lower estimate, do your research and compare different companies before making a decision
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much is it gonna cost and are they going to be able to trust the contractor they hire, do they have insurance, are they bonded and liscensed?
