Service Expert will listen to the customer's concerns and follow up with three options that will be thoroughy explained. Upon choosing an option, Service Expert will then proceed with the service work. If the customer wants to move forward with a new garage door, we will collect a deposit and then order the door through the chosen manufacturer.
