I worked for another garage door company for thirteen years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with anyone that needs garage door assistance.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We had a larger job of installing three carriage doors with three openers.  Since we didn't want to leave the garage exposed and wanted it completed in a day, we had three Service Experts working on this job.  Office staff even took it upon themeselves to provide this team with lunch.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure their a licensed company, insured and truly understand the workings of a garage door. Anyone can drive up in a truck but are they an expert at what they do?  Is this all they do?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Make sure that the company that you plan on hiring is a legitimate company who stands behind their work.
