What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So you're moving? We're the pros that can help. In order to ensure a quality service, we like to visit the residence and do a walkthrough with the customer. When we can see what type of floors you have, we can make sure to bring the correct floor protection. When we can see the access to the residence, we can determine the best sized truck. And of course, when we can see the contents of your home, we can determine how many men will be needed. With all this information we can put together a guaranteed price.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For local moving, the hourly rate for two men and a truck is $105/hr. Add $37.50 for each additional man.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't use a move broker. Make sure someone comes out to the residence, so that both you and the mover are on the same page.
