FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to meet new people and teach them about our field of work. I like to take my time and get to know people so I can help them better.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians are trained in all Gas & oil heating, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump systems. We are all EPA certified and licensed in the HVACR field.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We offer very fair pricing and try to work with the customer's budget

How did you get started in this business?

I started in the Hvacr field as an apprentice and worked my way up the ladder to a lead technician. After being a lead tech for approximately 10 years I moved on to opening my own business. It's been a hard road, but I've finally prevailed and made it. I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of people. I am a very personable person and love to meet new interesting people. I have made many friends through the years doing what I love to do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would advise people to always get a couple of estimates and go with your gut instinct. Don't always go for the really big companies because you're not working with the actual owners of the company. The problem with the big companies is you're just a number not a person.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

No question is a stupid question, the only stupid question is not asking one. We are trained to answer your questions and give you the best answer we can. If we don't know the answer then we will do the research to find the right answer for you.
