Our construction crew works on residential and commercial projects, including new house and building construction, additions, renovations, and custom carpentry projects. We're proud to construct the homes, offices, restaurants and more that serve our community.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any numbers can be determined for how much any project will cost there needs to be a set of working drawings by a design professional. These drawings need to include, but not limited to, specifications for dimensions, code compliance, finish materials, and locations. The more detailed the drawings of what the client wants, the more accurate a proposal can be generated. I only take on projects that provide detailed working drawings produced by a licensed design professional such as an architect and the project will be getting building permits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the construction industry professionally for 15 years and for myself as an independent contractor since 2019 and am an active participant in continuing education opportunities for trade and business specific pieces of training.

Proposals are based on a cost of labor and materials plus a set fee as a markup.

Work as a carpenter more than 15 years before I started my own company.
