YES !!! YES!!! YES!!! DOUG NASH IS AWESOME!!! He called me back the quickest and set up an appointment immediately. He had the lowest rate of all my bids as well. He arrived on time and did not dawdle. He took photos of his work (Eeeeew! Poop was leaking underneath the toilet and he photographed it when replacing the wax ring. Eeeew! THAT was under there?!!!) He replaced the ring, cleaned everything up, put the toilet back into place and was on his way. A FABULOUSLY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE if you can say that about such a YUCKY job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOUG NASH!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often times if I konw the scope of the work I can give a quote over the phone or by email. If I have to travel to the home I have a $45 fee to do an onsite diagnosis/estimate. I waive this fee I do the work for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have journeyman plumber licenses in WA and OR.
