Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically talk through the issue that the idividual is dealing with and come up with a solution that will solve and remidy their situation back to normal. We discuss the pest, treatment process, price, and what to expect. This is done over the phone with a qualified inspector who understands your situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A technician has to pass several state tests required to be in the industry and also has substantial training from the manager before servicing customers by themself. Ongoing training every month and year keeps everyone sharp.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have pricing that applies to everyones situation a little differently. A phone call to discover what is needed for a customer is where we always start.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in pest control when my dad needed help servicing his customers. Then after some time in the military, I started my own company. Pest control has been in my family for some time.

Recently we cured a chicken farm of about a thousand rats.
