We get a kick when solving our customers pest (sugar ant) problems... especially when after they've come off a long term contract from one of those large (nation wide) pest management companies...having seen ant activity the whole time during their contract.....with a focused, aggresive treatment from one of our techs. We love the kind words they have for us after seeing that we CAN eliminate those pesky little sugar ants in a very short period of time. We also, very much, enjoy sharing with our customers some tips on keeping their pests gone, long term, with some simple "do it yourself" steps. We love truely helping people solve their pest problems without requiring a long term contract.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call from our customers we ask a few questions about the pest, the structure and the legnth of time they've seen pest activity and then we can usually give them a firm quote over the phone for guaranteed pest elimination....if they are ready for us to come out we schedule an appointment right then and there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We been doing pest control since the 1990's. We are licensed, bonded and insured in both Oregon and Washington. We take classes every year to keep our licensing up to date. We belong to the National Pest Management Association, including Oregon Pest Control Association and Washington Pest Management Association.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We typically structure our guaranteed pest control services based on the type of pest, size of structure and the severity of infestation. Unlike alot of other pest control companies.....We do not require a long term contract for guaranteed control of pests.
