R & A Fencing And Decking, LLC
About
I am passionate about my work, and it shows in the quality workmanship I provide to my customers. I personally work on every project to ensure the job is done right and use quality materials that withstand the test of time. Many of my projects are for repeat customers, because I pride myself, as well as my staff, on integrity, quality workmanship, professionalism and reasonable prices. I have access to wholesale prices on premium materials, and I am delighted to pass those savings on to my customers.
I enjoy connecting with my customers, and providing a service and product that they are delighted with at the end of the project. Their satisfaction is extremely important to me, which is why I pay attention to the details, and build a product that addresses their wishes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make an initial site visit to assess the job, and discuss the details about the project, schedule, and the type of materials they prefer. I then provide an estimate, and follow up with a discussion about any questions that may arise as a result. Once the customer has agreed on the price and the contract terms, I give them a date as to when the job can be started and the duration of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for 10 years for other fencing/ decking companies. However, I decided to go out on my own because I was not content with the level of customer service the company was providing in terms of material quality, attention to detail in getting the job executed, and the amount of time they allowed me to complete the work. It is extremely important to me to provide quality workmanship to the people I work for.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It depends on the job and type of materials. This is discussed with the customer prior to scheduling the work so they know what they are buying, what options are available, and how the materials can affect the overall price of the project.
