When the weather is good it is the best place to work. Seeing the faces of happy customers is always a pleasure. I enjoy the flexibility of being a business owner and am hoping to help other get involved in learning from the ground up how to install and run a small business for themselves , possibly with a co_ownership or profit sharing. I was next to homeless at one point in my life and I hopeful that others will be able to improve their life with hard work and proper understanding of how to run an efficient small business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a in person meeting typically. I am very understanding and flexible given the current health concerns with Covid_19. I offer diffent options to ease the need for direct contact given is is needed or desired by any customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in blue print reading and hands on installation for as long as I can remember. My Father was basically a one man operation for many years and I was there ,when physically able to help if I wanted to or not😅.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each fence style typically has an assigned cost for materials. That given ; drive distances , ground conditions and materials needed for any one job it is more of a case by case price quoting that works best for the customer.
How did you get started in this business?
My Father started Quality Fence in 1979 and unfortunately closed the doors in 2008. I continued working in the industry for another company for another 12 years when I decided it was time to branch out and give business ownership a try. It has been quite an adventure and I look forward to growing and learning more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customer base is as wide as the Columbia River ! All walks of life from Authors and Doctors to Warehouse Managers and Real estate agents. Retirees and new Home owners. I truly enjoy and appreciate the ability to help people and businesses make the space they have work for them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get multiple quotes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
More over the contractor should ask appropriate questions such as is this for containing small animal or more for asthetics or both. Ect. Finding out the purpose of the fencing is key to getting what you want out of our service.
