Describe a recent project you are fond of.
install new Ductless heat pump in elderly lady home just befor winter got really cold and hear her say how glad she was for getting it installed when she did as her home stayed warm when it was cold outside.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
get references , check for contractor license to make sure they are ligitimate, ask to see there past work
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
write down what it is that they need, when is a good time for them to have work done, do they need financing, how long will they stay in home after work is done.
