About
I make sure everything is completed to code. I also listen to the home owners and make sure I understand exactly what they want done. Sometimes the project is out of my scope of expertise, e.g. tiling a bathroom shower. I will refer the customer to a professional that I trust.
I enjoy the process of putting a system together. It is important to me that all the fittings are tight and the project is completed to code.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending upon the job, I will ask them to take photos of the plumbing issue that needs repair or replacement. I will also do a walk through to make sure I bid the job correctly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience as a Journeyman Plumber and a Foreman running commercial jobs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
A trip fee of $50 is assessed within Clark County, Washington. Outside of the county, the trip fee is $100.
Labor is $175/hour.
Due to market fluctuations, materials and fixture quotes are valid for 30 days. After which time, the project will be reviewed for material cost accuracy.
How did you get started in this business?
Apprentice training almost immediately out of High School. Hired by a local plumbing service company and worked my way up to Journeyman and Trainer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
General Contractors, Remodelers, Residential and Service.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Does the plumber have a contractor's license?
Are they bonded?
What measures are taken to keep my home clean during the project?
How long will the project take?
Do they require a down payment on the work?
Will they accept check or credit card?
