What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is we have to meet in person . Our nature as human beings is to go by instinct and we usually follow our gut feeling in almost any situation. We have to see how we feel about the people we let into out homes that we raise our family's in. The first time you meet someone will tell us everything we need to know about this person .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years in the construction trade there's not a task or job that is above my skill level. Quality is definitely over quantity and is number one for the end product . Everything must meet strict guidelines to be able to sell it as a product to a customer.

Every job has its own pricing there's no set pricing for any job in construction. We have to evaluate the job assess the materials and then we can set A price for a said job
How did you get started in this business?
Well long story short, I'm a Carpenter my father was a carpenter and my grandfather was a carpenter
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. From the most picky of picky customers with a scope on attention to detail ,to Some that just wanted to get the job done
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you get more than just one quote. Make sure you get at least three and meet everybody in person at least one time to make sure that this is gonna be the person is that you bring into your home
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
have a plan of attack already in place. try not to Wing it or planning to go as things get costly if your on a set budget this will help you stick to it
