What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same day service for emergencies, receive customer information, schedule a technician, resolve issues quickly and at the lowest cost possible to the customer and payments are made easy we accept cash, checks and credit card payments. We provide service work and installs for residential and commercial plumbing, heating, air & refrigeration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a contractors license for Plumbing and Heat & Air & Refrigeration and EPA certified in Oklahoma, Texas & Kansas. I keep up with current "continuing education" and codes in all three professions and states!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For a plumbing service call we charge a minimum of one hour at $85.00 per hour + a $20.00 trip charge for wear & tear and fuel for the vehicle.
For a heat or air service call we charge a minimum of one hour at $95.00 per hour + a $20.00 trip charge for wear & tear and fuel for the vehicle.
For a refrigeration service call we charge a minimum of one hour at $105.00 per hour + a $20.00 trip charge for wear & tear and fuel for the vehicle. This is usually only commercial work.
