What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information about the issue that my clients are having this helps me understand how I can serve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 3rd generation HVAC TECHNICIAN. I started in 2004 at Mid America Technology center and completed the program in 2006. In 2011 I obtained my Oklahoma journeyman license. I have worked in Commercial in restaurant Hvac and Refrigeration since 2009.

Hourly! I believe that flat rate pricing is unfair to the customer.
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up in this industry. My grandparents were both contractors and my dad is a journeyman.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners, banks, casinos, restaurants and hospitals.

Serving small business owner that another company would still be wrongfully charging every visit, instead of resolving the issue.
