One thing that gives me drive to do what I love to do is the finished product. What I mean is, I am very detailed oriented and I go the mile at repairing something someone else has left loose, routed wrong or even left off all together as I'm busy doing authorized repair(s).You never have to worry if the job is done correctly.
What I enjoy is knowing that you are happy and satisfied with final product & seeing your reaction as the machine is finished & working better than you ever expected.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will contact customer via phone or text, set an appointment.Will confirm 12-24hrs before scheduled appointment time.
Once I arrive I will introduce myself and begin assessment of your concern, I will then write estimate and see how many options you have on repair if any. We discuss in detail to where you understand exactly what's going on and we proceed from there. Depending on nature of repair most can be done on site, rarely do I need to transport back to shop..

ASE MASTER CERTIFIED in automotive repair.

Briggs & Stratton certified Stihl gold certified Kohler & Tecumseh certified

Standard fees depending on if automotive repair or small engine. service call fees $50 small engine, $60 automobile -subject to change-
Riding mowers full service from top to bottom, clean & fresh $250-$500 for standard front engine riders, zero turn mowers can range from $350-$700 & up depending on what it needs, call for details. I do this service at my shop.
Push mowers full service start at $60 - $200. I do at location.

Make sure they are well spoken & make sure you feel comfortable.. best advice I could give anyone, follow your gut!!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
None, that's why there are pros like me. You already know your machine isn't working which is stressful enough. That's why I'm here, only question I expect to hear is "how soon can you get here to fix it?" I'll handle the rest.
Most cases I will have your machine assessed within 24hrs of notification & in most cases running.. Before leaving you will have full estimate on repairs if any additional work is needed. Thanks!
