Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like all relationships to start with a simple phone interview to indentify needs and/or desires. Next, we schedule a home consultation to see what work is to be performed, also to get a chance to know the client. All estimates are given with a start and completion date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Heavy Equipment operator, certified, and instructor. Design and Horticulture, French Drain, Tree Surgeon, Christmas Lights, etc. training. Outdoor service needs is our world.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most of our projects are unique and tailored to each client. We are in the service business first, so we are willing to accommodate for clients.
How did you get started in this business?
Started in landscaping with a Sears lawnmower in middle school, back in the 90's. What a journey!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Businesses, attorneys, doctors, pharmacists, business owners, engineers, etc. We have diverse clients with typical busy schedules. We respect their time greatly, and work hard to make that time with the client efficient.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had the opportunity recently to help serve with Beautiful Oklahoma, to help a home designated for women struggling from substance abuse. The recovery home in Edmond needed some work done, and we were able to donate our equipment and labor to help with their needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get to know who you are going to hire. Most of our clients state they didn't hire us for our price, but rather trust and rapport. Trust and rapport in our opinion is the most important factor. You aren't hiring a company, you're hiring the people. They should be people you trust and can communicate well with.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
See if they ask you questions so they can perform what you want. We are all individuals that have different preferences. All projects shouldn't be the same, they should be tailored to your property and to your preferences.
