Greeting,

I am journeymen carpenter graduate from a 4 year apprenticeship some time ago. I started working as a carpenter framing residential then commercial both metal and wood framing. From there I worked into finish interior and exterior carpentry. I know am work as an inspector for a local city.

I have completed my own and many interior remodels including kitchen, baths, mud rooms, etc. I have pictures of some of those jobs if needed with multiple references.

I am looking to help homeowners with their projects as a part time job for weekends and maybe some after hours weekdays for simpler tasks.

When I get jobs I have upfront pricing, I give a total price for labor, materials will have receipts and must be paid for when purchased. If any unforeseen substantial work has to be completed it has to agreed upon by you before commencing. I do not ask for deposits for work, I request half down the day I start and half upon completion.

If you decide to hire me you get a professional, in appearance and workmanship. As I work for a municipality I have no criminal history. I have a clean work truck and I leave my jobs at the end of the as clean as possible.

There is not a lot of fluff in this description.
