I generally try to figure out what the issue is then explain how to solve it and about how long it will take. So you have a general ideal of what it will cost. Try to make them feel comfortable and confident in our ability to do the job.

$75.00 service call and $100.00 an hour with a half hour minimum. But can make exceptions.
