What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to perform a free comprehensive inspection. Some pest issues can be priced over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each branch has a manager with 30+ years of experience in pest control. All our employees attend external training as well as weekly training put on by management.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing for general pest is usually priced upon square feet of the structure.
How did you get started in this business?
My brother got me started in 1987 and then left me to learn what has turned out to be a fabulous career.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers from residential to small commercial to large commercial accounts.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at the years they have been in business. Check their BBB rating. Look at their pricing compared to other major competitors with many years of experience. When something sounds too good to be true it usually is.
