What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once initail contact is made, we want to know what is going on with their home, we will ask questions to determine the type of repairs they may need.
I will schedule an appointment to come out to their home and look at the damage and talk about the options for fixing them with the customer.
Once the customer chooses an option that sounds good for them, we wil sign them up with our contract and let the work begin!!!
No worries, there is no rush into anything, we want the customer to think about the options and discuss them with family or close friends, what ever they choose to do. I want our customer to be completely happy and confideent with their decision. Their satifaction is our number one goal!!!

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business working for a previous company that was not honest, but the customers loved me and prefered me, so I decided to venture out on my own.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A customer had a whole new roof replacement 8 years ago. The roof was not done properly and over 8 years she had water damage in almost every rom of her house. She came to us most concerned about her living room and that is all she wanted fixed. Because her roof was replaced by a insurance claim 8 years ago, she could not get approved for another one. Being a insurance agent, I made the right calls and talked to the right people. My customer has a brand new deminsional roof with brand new wood and 2X4 Every room in her home is has been restored!!! She cried with tears of joy, It only cost her her $500 deducible.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure to read the contract you enter into. Make sure the company speaks to you proffessionally. Make sure to consult with a trusted person if you have any doubt or questions about the contractor you want to hire. Do any research that may be necessary. Please ask any and every question you can think of. This is your home, you have to live in, all work has to be done for your satisfaction.
