Pat Scales Remodeling

Pat Scales Remodeling, founded in 2006, is a family-owned, design-build remodeling firm based in Columbus, OH. The company serves Central and Northwest Columbus communities, including Dublin, Upper Arlington, Hilliard, Worthington, Powell, Westerville, Bexley, Grandview, Gahanna, Lewis Center, and Clintonville. Services cover whole-home remodels; kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations; home additions; decks and exterior upgrades; historic home restoration; and commercial remodeling.

An in-house design team develops custom plans, provides lifelike 3D modeling, and manages an integrated concept-to-construction process to help clients visualize and execute their projects. The team emphasizes careful planning, detail-oriented craftsmanship, and consistent communication to keep projects on track and minimize disruption.

Pat Scales Remodeling focuses on larger residential and commercial renovations. The company does not offer handyman services or smaller projects, does not work on rental properties, and does not provide estimates for homes that have not yet been purchased. Clients engage the firm for comprehensive design-build projects that require coordinated design, permitting, and construction under one accountable partner.
