What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer calls in to schedule a free estimate, we return their call within 1 hour to schedule. Once in the home, we review their needs and explain the best, most reasonable option for remedy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years experience in the construction industry as a carpenter and construction manager. My partner has 20 years plumbing experience and we both do continuing education as often as possible.
