Keith was fast, knew his trade and very personable. I am looking at more projects for Keith in the future.

I can not begin to say how pleased I was with the how quick he responded to my request, how he got to my house on time, finished the job when he said he would, cleaned up after he was done, charged a great price, and most importantly did a great job! I will definitely be using him for all future plumbing needs and recommending him to friends.

Keith came out for a quote on my loud pipes. He was able to do all repairs right then and get rid of the obnoxious sound. Very nice and professional.

Look for someone who has good equipment and knows how to use it. Takes a lot of equipment to do vast array of repairs.  Have to be ready for anything to be efficient.  So box truck's are necessity.  Don't want to waste money on paying someone to run around finding equipment or parts.  Need a stocked truck.  I can handle 8 out of ten problems when I get to the customer.

Give as much information as possible on phone about your problem as you can before plumber gets to your place as possible.   A prepared plumber is an efficient plumber.
