What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions and listen to the response. Clearly understand what it is. Develop a strategic plan,unique to each instance. Explain the process. What to expect. What it will cost. Reaffirm the request and plan of action. Set up an appointment.
Answer any questions. Provide method of contact for additional communications. Shake hands and part with a smile.
Call the day before in some cases to confirm our appointment. Day of provide ETA.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive monthly training with Summit County Pest Control Association.
Recertification every 3 years.

Yes I have set prices for most services. ie;
Rodent Control $160
Bee & Wasp Removal $150
General insect Control is total of (sq ft x .10)=
Sale prices each month for a particular service. ie;
Bed Bug Extermination $150 per room
How did you get started in this business?
Prayed to God because I couldn't get a job anywhere and I wanted a meaningful carreer helping others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every kind you can imagine. Nice,easy to down right mean,rude,even ripping me off.
Some went to jail all get sued.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Repeat customers calling after 2 years asking for a treatment. I asked what took so long to call me? They responded "We haven't seen a single insect in this house for more than a year and a half". Those are incredible success stories that leave the client a loyal customer.

Call around. Check reviews,licenses,and accreditation.
