What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and do a walk through. Sit down with the customer and discuss in detail what they want. We research materials and cost. Once we have all the information we write a detailed estimate and email it out. Once accepted we meet again sign paperwork collect a deposit set a date order materials and get started.

Our pricing system is based off a 3 tier price point. It all depends on the customers wants and material cost ( with the fluctuations in material cost).
