What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers get one on one service with the owner of the company, Steve Boughner. He disucsses the homeowners wish list and puts the plan to paper, with an AUTOCAD drawing of the project. Custom drawings are followed up with detailed disucssion of the project.
A formal estimate is drafted with details of costs. A to Z Contractors estimates will reflect the actual cost of the project. We do not have hidden costs.
The client will have to work with only A to Z Contractors through the entire project. We are your General Contractor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A to Z Contractors has a workforce that is fully trained and educated in construciton management and construction engineering.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We are a custom design build company. All our projects are created specific to the clients wants and needs. We do not have standard pricing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is very important to have a contractor that can handle the entire project for you. Many contractors handle only one phase of the entire project which leaves the customer looking for an electrician, plumber or other tradesmen. A to Z Contractors handle the entire project from start to finish.
Make sure the contractor can supply you with references and that they can show you projects that they have completed.
Also be aware that some contractors will give you a lower price, but later there may be hidden costs that will add to your final costs. A to Z Contractors does not do that. The estimate is a full and complete cost of your project. Only additions to the project or unforeseen issues would be added to your cost when you deal with A to Z Contractors.
