Done Right Plumbing

Hes awesome! Unfortunately for me Charles was the 2nd call I made. The first company, after I paid them $214 plus a $64 service call, was unable to remove the clog in the drain and wanted to charge me another $300 to go back and get other equipment and couldnt guarantee they could unclog the drain!! I declined their offer and searched for another plumber on Home Guide. Charles came prepared, cleared my drain, guaranteed his work, came on a Sunday for no additional charge, cleaned up after himself and did an overall awesome job for less money than I paid the first company that couldnt get the job done. Im so happy I found Charles, and would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

This plumber came to give me a quote, at my house, but before walking through, he asked me, if it was ok for him to use shoe coverings, I thought that was a nice gesture & professional. He priced the job for me & his price was close to his guesstimate, I was shocked. Overall the work was done in a very professional grade manor, as a matter of fact, the guys even cleaned up pretty good when they got done.
