What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free estimates in person with the customer once a date and time has been set, we will meet with the customer and take measurements then provide an estimate within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner/engineer and the foreman both went to joint vocational school for carpentry and have 10 years expierince in the trade.

We saw a need in the market for quality outdoor installations at a fair price and took advantage of it!

Mostly Residential, a few property owners, real estate companies, and are slowly working our way into the commercial market.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently took the Dayton Deck and Fence Crew on a company trip to the smoky mountains and enjoyed a 5 mile Hike. We are big on health and Fitness!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Fences are pretty straight forward. The biggest thing to think about is gates, how much access do you need to your back yard once its closed off. For decks their are several factors, such as stairs, railing, facias. We specialise in vinyl and composite material installations as well so be sure to visit your local Home improvement store and look at all your material options or we can bring over some product magazines at your request with your free estimate
