What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain the overall process of the desired service. We answer any and all questions the customer may have. We talk about the products we use, as well as ask if the customer has a preference on products or supplies.
We asure our potential customers the equipment we are using is sterile and not used in multiple locations.
We explain the booking process which is for all customers to pay a booking deposit to confirm appointments.
Appointment requests can be made by phone, emailing us through our website, or through the booking site which can also be accessed through the website

I have many years experience working in the housekeeping industry from school settings, hospitals, hotels.

Our pricing system is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as other rooms in the house.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this business after being a housekeeper at Childrens Hospital. I began cleaning for some Doctors on my spare free time to earn extra money and realized that I had what it took to start and grow a really great cleaning company.
I have to say my first customers were Doctors and they always valued my work at the hospital and asked me about cleaning there home. It all kinda just happned from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Well like I stated my first customers were Doctors they were actually Indian. I loved working in there home such beautiful ppl and the culture is amazing. I have worked with special needs customers who live in asisted living facilities, elderly too I used to be a Home Health Aide so i love helping out my elderly friends.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would make sure the pro is not only qualified for the job but that they feel the pro will be a great fit and do a great job.
Ask for references if need be search the pro for reviews of other customers and the quality of work the pro provides.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask the pro what all is covered with the service in question.
