BOLD is a family owned and operated company building and renovating residential and commercial projects all over Northern Kentucky. As a design/build contractor we are not limited to any set plans and very seldom build the same home twice. Many of our customers have their own plan, while others just have some ideas and we draw the plans. We work with you on your design, modifying a plan you might have seen, taking parts of different plans and combining them into something new, or design a unique, new plan just for you.

We build on our lot or yours and our homes in the last 18 months have ranged in price from $300,000 to over $1,000,000. There is not a extra charge to build on your property. The cost of the "sticks and bricks" are the same wherever you are building.

Our homes are:

1. 100% Energy Star verified saving you on your utility bills and improving indoor air quality and comfort, all the while making more efficient use of building materials.

2. Built with our building code plus construction that gives you performance and durability beyond the minimum code requirements.
