What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A prospecting customer will have a free estimate appointment with our estimator, Chris Campbell, who has been working for Dearman for close to 30 years.
If the customer chooses to move with Dearman, the move coordinator, Jess Wilging, will be in constant communication to make sure that the move goes as smoothly as possible.
We provide partial and full-packing services. Typically we will pack one day, load and deliver the next, if the move is local and depending on the shipment size.
We make sure that the truck is packed safely and securely, so the household good arrive in tack at the new destination.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For Local moves, there is an hourly rate. A two man crew is $125/hour. A three man crew is $175/hour. A four man crew is $225/hour.
For Intrastate and Interstate moves (anything over 40 miles apart), the rate is based off of the weight of the shipment and the mileage.

We work with local and long distance customers. We are capable to provide a quality move whether it is only a few miles down the road or across the world.
