What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact with customers to gain understanding into their service request. Determine if we are a good fit. If selected build a plan that fits their vision, and budget. Additionally, our project process is as follows: estimate the project; provide details and make any adjustments. Schedule work, and collect down payment. Provide daily updates & clean up. Gain approval for any needed changes. Upon completion gain customer inspection & satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
~Rental property maintenance: Drywall install, texturing & repair. Exterior & interior Painting, and staining. Carpentry including trim work, and cabinetry. Plumbing, from boilers to full replacement. Flooring installation, including wood refinishing!

How did you get started in this business?
In my youth I assisted my father in repairing and maintaining our rental properties. I came to enjoy learning, and working @ a young age.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have enjoyed serving a wide variety of customers! There's no job to small, or one to big that we can't handle!

Recently I assisted a family in need! I enjoy giving back to my community!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Know what you would like to accomplish, when you would like to do so, and finally have an idea of the budget you have to work with.
