I have been a contractor for 25 years. I have worked for one of Americas largest home builders , buliding homes from the price range of $150.000 to 1.5 million custome home. My education come from working in the constrution indsustry plus collage.

How did you get started in this business?
My father was getting his house remodeled. The company doing the work gave me a job working for them. I asaked the owner one day would he hire me and he did. I started working in the constructon industy at the age of 16.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Hard ones , easy ones , rich ones and ones poor.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Getting a call from a lady that needed work done to her home. After metting the lady and giving her the price to do the job, she was hesitate letting me do the work because the last person she hired took her money and ran off after starting the job and not finishing. I guaranteed the lady I would not take her money and run. I told her she would not have to give me any money up front, only after I started the jod and got half way done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look ones Look twice and then sleep on it. But make sure they are a good person!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Get Educated by asking question as the job moves forward.
