What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like most people, they want to understand the problem they have and how to resolve it.
We educate the custumer by explaining the reason for the problem and how we will go about resolving it.
We explain the costs and possibly the differant options to resolve the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of science in aviation and management.
Master plumbing license in New Jersey and Connecticut.
Annual and biennial schooling for licensing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
we have an initial rate of $150.00
and a secondary rate of $75.00 after the first hour on the job.
We also reduce the rates by 5% each time a job is done after the initial job was done, until the end of that year then start again the next year.
example: second job of the year 142.50 first hour $71.25 each hour after.
third job of that year $135.00 first hour $67.50 each hour after.
ECT to the last day of that year.
How did you get started in this business?
Father was a steam fitter then started a plumbing company.
My flying career was lacking income to take care of a family and supplemented by working in the plumbing field.
Worked long enough to take a plumbing test and now been running my company for 28 years.

we have a large variety of custumers, ranging from residential to comercial.
We have coporate accounts and we handle any plumbing, heating and drain clog issue.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We have many fond projects, ranging from new houses to new commercial build outs.
We service retail stores and managed buildings, as small as a condo to as large as a high rise building.
We have designed heating systems and troublsot many plumbing issues.
All fond of these projects because we put the custumer at ease.
