We Will Beat ANY COMPETITORS PRICES ON LABOR, SERVICE,INSTALLATION,CLEANINGS! WE Generally like to Be Reasonable Depending upon Customers Likes/Dislikes on certain Brand names,and Certain Materials And O.E.M. Replacements can in some cases cost more
How did you get started in this business?
My Grandfather came over From Germany and I watched Him as a child and Started Venturing off and Finding My Nitche in the Related fields,as i got older i worked with him and nhe showed me Taught me,and He was very skilled,Patient with me as he watched me work !

Very Nice, Excellent,Professional,commercial and Residential,union and Non Union ! MAJOR Large Contractors, And We have Subcontracted also,Resteraunts,Homeowners,Fast food industry
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Went to a customers home greeted her at the Door the temprature outside was 90 degrees,she was very lathergic,as she invited me in i noticed she was ELDERLY,walking with a cane, HER INSIDE TEMPRATURE WAS 84 DEGREES,I HELPED HER TO SIT AT HER KITCHEN TABLE ,as she Explained another hvac contractor had been there and told her she needd a new Ac system I asked her what they did she said he was outside told me he turned off the disconnect on the unit out there then went diownstairs shut off breakers,and then went to his van to get paper work and tried to charge me for an Emergency Rate of $199.95 it was a weekday and she was not going to pay that, she told him she wanted to speak to his manager so the manager brought the price down for her he did absolutely nothing,and was there for 20 mins,so i proceeded to the outdoor condenser unit it was an older R-22 system, I took panel off and found a missing capacitor the contactor was disconnected and thrown inside the unit i immediately installed a new contactor,and capacitor rewired the unit and found thermostat wires were cut who does this type of crap to an Elderly woman in sweltering tempratures? so i rewired t-stat,and i pushed in disconnect ,went to basement turned on Breakers system kicked on and ran no compressor noises or electrical noises, then tested all circuits and voltage,did an Amp draw,tested system temprature,and pressures,checked the SATURATION TEMPS,& the Delta T after running for 20 mins or more i checked supply air temprature and it was right around 48 degrees she was so happy and thanked me and also gave me a big tip i told her in the near future they will be phasing out that type of Refrigerant because its unsafe for the Ozone and they have a new alternate type the look on her face was priceless and she took my name and i gave her a card she said she would tell all her friends and family about this day !
since that day i have maintained,installed for her Entire family thats customer Appreciation thats customer SATISFACTION
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are Experienced,make sure they have there E.p.A. always ask questions get everything in writing! In the Hvac fields an Installation can vary in Price more ,than a Service call,or tune -ups!
