I have been in this business for over 30 years and I strive to provide an excellent job for a fair price I believe in honesty and transparency in business and giving the customer the information to make the choice as to what type of system they want to purchase
I'm not the kind of contractor who wants to sell every customer something new as sometimes the old stuff is been perfectly good working order and maybe a little rest here and there or a little leak that needs to be repaired sometimes it is true they don't make things like they used to I too like to inform and educate the customer as to what new products are on the market and what products they can use to increase their comfort and efficiency and cost of operation

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome new customers I would like to speak to them on the phone to help assess their problem as often there is enough information online A conversation is good so we are clear as to what the cost of my visit is and for me to understand what your needs are

I have been in the heating and cooling business for over 30 years I hold professional licensed in Connecticut
