What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am not a professional just know how to do stuff. I am a stand up guy and very honest will not up sale you in to something more. You pay for the cost of the part and I go by a fair hourly rate. I like to do a lot of stuff but if I don't know how I will tell you I can't and if its not worth it will tell you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of different jobs and watching and learning from guys who work in various fields.
