What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call, ask a few questions to find out what kind of problem the customer has, after that we schedule a visit and get to the client right away.
on most cases the door is fixed within 2 hours from calling us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken installation courses by hormann, Wayne dalton and Liftmaster. We get trained twice a year on new and updated products
