What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
***Note*** We Mainly serve the following areas: Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester County, Northern NJ. We are open to other areas, but it isn't economically feasible for smaller projects.
It's very helpful to send us a picture of the door/system you want us to work on so that it can help us pin-point what we need to have. The more detailed information you can provide, the better the chances we can hit a homerun the first time.
We are also willing to go in with minimal information, but then there's the risk of multiple return trips and added costs. Other than that though, it's usually a fairly smooth process. You tell us what you need, we furnish an estimate, if the estimate is accepted, we visit and complete the work. (In most cases)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Locksmith, and have over a decade of experience in the field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Minimum Service call charge is $100 + sales tax. Hourly rate is $100ph billed in 15 Min increments ($25) and does not include materials. If the project is substantial enough, the service fee can be negotiated. Also, for larger projects, a 50% deposit is required. All work has a 1 year warranty. Parts are whatever the manufacturer offers.

Opened a shop under a different name in the Bronx 8 years ago. Have been working out of NJ for about 3 years.

We've worked with many different levels of clients. From residential customers, to fortune 500 Big Pharma companies, to government transportation, and National Banks.
