What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually schedule a service call appointment. Then we determine during that call, if the appliance can be repaired right then and there or, if we have to order a part and what the estimate of completing the job would be. If a part is needed, It will be ordered once the customer agrees to the estimation of job completion, when it arrives at our facilities, we call the customer to schedule an appointment to complete job.
