Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with our new customers is really simple. We take basic information such as first/last name, address, date/time of removal, items (pictures), and a personal opinion whether or not a small truck or large truck would be required to compete the job, estimated etc. once we retain all the information a removal team will be on there way. Once the removal team arrives someone will contact you letting you know of their arrival. The movers will take before/after pictures. THE MOVERS WILL ONLY TAKE THE PICTURED ITEMS THAT WERE ORIGINALLY SENT. Any additional items will accumulate extra charges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for cauldwell furniture for 6 years located in Long Island NY. I've learned how to handle expensive furniture working with cauldwells as well as operating small to large sized trucks.
I've had enough hands on experience dealing with people in general to know how to communicate with people despite color or race .
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done commercial moves, residential moves and private moves therefore my customers come in variety.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Know who your hiring. Size doesn't matter.
