What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our online moving calculator provides estimates 24/7 for our most economical shipping option, the curbside delivery.
If you need full service delivery or an international rate, our experienced sales staff can quickly provide those over the phone or by our contact form.
Most domestic shipments take two to three weeks from pick up to delivery, but can be expedited if you need it fast.
Our shipping process always begins with an estimate, and although you can get your price online 24/7,
call our sales staff to make sure you have the best pricing and latest promotions.
After receiving an estimate you should request the paperwork, which can be provided electronically or in writing.
To book your job, fill out the paperwork online or in writing and email, fax, or mail it back to us.
Once we receive your paperwork our warehouse contact will call you within 24 to 48 hours to schedule an apointment.
All apointments are two to four hour windows and scheduled between monday thru friday.
Some locations offer saturday pickups, but this may incur an additional charge.
Navis Pack and Ship may be able to pick up items the same day you get an estimate, depending on availability.
Same day pick up, onsite packing, and onsite crating have additional charges.
All pick ups are white glove or full service, which means that you do not need to do anything except sign an inventory sheet.
