Black Dog Home Builders, LLC, founded in 2009, serves Merrick, NY, and surrounding areas with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their business. Unlike a GC, I build for customers providing my discounts with all suppliers and trades vs a GC who is entitled to mark up supplies and subcontractors prices. I am at the job site most days and coordinate all permits, approvals and inspections. I provide my service at a flat fee paid out over the progress of the job. This is a huge savings over using a typical GC. If at anytime the customer is dissatisfied with me for any reason, my services can be terminated.
