What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting. Gathering all the necessary information.
Producing estimate.

2 years diploma in construction management.

No. Each job is unique and requires a different approach. The same goes for pricing. First, we visit the job site. Take measurements and notes. Then we create a line by line estimate with a clear view of what will be done and who is responsible for what.
How did you get started in this business?
After school, I started a job for a big company. I was an assistant to a project manager. I supervised around 200 people and numerous crews. The office job wasn't for me so I started briefly my own home improvement company. After coming to the USA I worked and became a partner with my father-in-law home improvement company. After his death, I opened on my own again.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Any type. Rich and poor. Easy and difficult. Bussines is business. If you don't know how to deal with customers you better find another job.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We started to specialize in kitchens and basements remodeling. We did a lot of them lately. They came out beautiful. Customers are very happy and we are very proud of our work and relationship with customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for, talk to and hire only licensed and insured contractors.
