What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
begining with an 18 month on-the-job apprenticeship, our lead Craftsman, Ganesh, has had 20 years professional experience that includes constant research and learning and training craftsmen. We are also EPA traineid and certified in lead. mold and dust containment and abatement. We have done many residential and comercial projects including museums, penthouses, brownstones, NYC apartments, doctors offices, apartment buildings=common areas, restaurants (Panera bread & Applebees) and factories. we have installed most types of wallpapers, residential and commercial, grasscloth, silks, linen, vinyl and paper, both self adhesive and no adhesive.
we use the right tools for each specific purpose, for instance every type of paint has a different roller to get the best results. this level of experience comes from constant independent research and experimenting.
If you arelloking for quick fix or turnover there are hundereds of painters out there for you HOWEVER, when you are looking for high quality painting and wallpaper installtion, we are your most experienced choice. Our ultimate aim is to provide a happy outcome.

we do not use multipliers to price your project, we look at all details, estimate the time, the labor and the materials cost, adda resonable profit assessment and quote you a unique and fair price for your individual project. BE AWARE most companies that use a multiplier ($8,$10, $12 per square foot) typically are seeking to maximize profit and limit cost which means they use the cheapest paints and primers not what is best for your project. they rush through the project to save on labor which results in less than desirable results. If you have a valuable home and then you want the best possible finish to showcase that value, going cheap with finshing means you are low-balling your home's value. Any real estate agent who values their job will explain this to you, so don't take my word for it. give us a call lets begin the process of a happy outcome.
How did you get started in this business?
I quit an office job and a friend invited to a new painting crew/apprenticeship "in the interim". I Took it like a duck to water, the chief instrcutor saw my potential and zeal and payed special attaention to me,

all types, blue collar, white collar, working class, professional, corporate (like Panera Bread and Applebees, where we did both painting, spray painting and wallpaper), comercial, and industrial factories.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did apinting and wallpaper for a new penthouse apaprtment in the "Museum Tower" the building that MOMA is located in on 53rd street, midtown manhattan, during the project some of the wallpaper in the corridors got damaged, after repairing one panel of paper by removing the damaged one andreplacing it with a new panel the property manager was so impressed witht he outcome they hired us for all wallpaper repairs in the entrie building. the penthouse was on the 54th floor the views were spectacular!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please understand there is a very wide variety of quality outcomes in the industry because most painters are not properly trained, to produce a high quality hapopy outcomes there are more steps that you would think, its as much as 15 labor instensive steps to achieve an high qaulity outcome. ma ny painters dont know these steps, they typically will tell you 4-6 steps if you ask them. we always dscuss these steps with our customers so you KNOW tahts yor project will be high quality outcome. we are not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but we do provide the best value you would get anywhere nationwide.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
will you be living in the home during the project?
do you have a lot of anumal dander in your home, this means a professional cleaning before painting.
do you have any water damage or mold & mildew or lead?
how will your propeerty be protected during the proejct. (furniture, ornaments, floors Apliances etc)
how will the craftsmen be dressed?
