What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new Customer contacts us via phone or email with details of service they are looking for, our Customer Service team will provide a written price quote, for the client to review and approve. The customer will then need to return the signed quote with a 50% deposit, and subsequently we will proceed to get the job done. When the job is complete, we will contact the customer to receive final payment. Thereafter, we will promptly release the documents to the client.
