Tech was prompt & was able to get a solution for the drafty door and planned next steps for additional projects in the home (sliding door identified rip in the weatherproofing). Spent the time needed but didn’t waste time. Needed some additional parts and went over to Home Depot and got the appropriate items and returned and installed. Great communication and work.
