Ty is a good man & provides excellent customer service. He is dedicated to satisfying the customer & values his professional reputation. Unfortunately, some members of his team did not share his values; many were unprofessional, careless, sloppy, & nasty . They damaged a pipe, & water leaked from the 2nd floor to the basement. His workers took no responsibility for that fiasco. To add insult to injury, his insurer won’t cover damages. Many of his workers were unprepared, late, no-shows, came & left without word. They threw out &/or damaged thinks they had no business touching without asking. They did not protect the work area as contracted, & the dust & debris spread to areas it should never have reached. I trust Ty will makes things right, but things did not have to go this badly for me to get a beautiful bathroom. Two members of his team were outstanding: J and E.

My Cousin Valentin recommended Ny Home renovation inc for my kitchen and bath remodel, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Ty and his team from day one were spot on. He personally designed my kitchen and bath which saved me designer fees and handled everything start to finish. His project manager Wilson was so sweet and showed me everything that he was doing, Ty took me shopping at Home Depot for inexpensive very nice looking tile and fixtures for my bathroom, and I got his veterans discount of add 10 percent, they were some slow moments but that goes with whats going on in the world, but he didnt stop till the job was done. He handled the cabinet delivery and all deliveries for me and my daughter so we didnt really have to do much. I nagged him at times on little things but smiled and said he would make sure Im happy. He has a great disposition and if he doesnt have an answer he gets back to you with one. He also got me a great deal on my appliances in which he beat PC Richards by 400.00, We just finished the project last week, and Im loving my new apartment. Thank you so much Ty and Wilson! Ty Salazar, the owner, is a straight shooter. He did all he possibly could to complete the project, a total kitchen replacement in a small coop apartment, on time (it was) and in accordance with the original design intent. Any unexpected problems that arose, and they always do, were handled personally by him expediently and to my satisfaction. And any minor post completion issues were handled in the same manner. I can highly recommend NY Home Renovation Inc. with complete confidence.

I got the bid from several contractors but I finally chose NY HOME RENOVATION as they have the best pricing structure. Provide us a lot of flexibility for my 2-bedroom apartment. I have the opportunity to review the designers, portfolios, and visited 2 of the finished apartments before signing the contract. work quality and attention to detail are much better than other design-build firms I interviewed. I am glad that I found this company and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
