Hi I'm Bob Reed,
I have always been told that I should be a handyman, by friends and neighbors. I seem to be working on things whenever people come around. I've worked at a couple of the casinos in the Reno area when I was younger as a maintenance man. I worked for my dad's plumbing business for many years until he sold it. So I decided to start my own thing and I came up with a name of Above The Rim hiking one day. And that's what I've been doing ever since and that was in March of 2014.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is always the best part of anyone who enjoys helping his neighbors. I have always enjoyed helping people when I've moved into a new neighborhood. The feeling of that is how I got started in what I love to do now. It's been hard at times but the way people have urged me to continue doing this has given me the energy to get all your handyman needs met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience of working and always being on the scene at things like my dad's plumbing company and having worked at several complexes and casino, along with having my own yard care business while getting started in life. Training is mostly safty that we take very seriously and have a stellar record in.
